hi all had the day of work today so went away testing the karts. this is the first time we had a tinker with the jetting and we still never got any further forward in jetting the carb . basically we have 168 jets in the carb and the k27 needle on clip 2 but when we went up a jet it didnt even run and when we went down a jet it was spluttery this was the same on both our karts what else do we need to do to tune the kart a little more ??
