Seems like non MSA is the way to go for this to get off the ground. Think of all the non MSA TKM drivers anyhow, could develop into a huge series for say pre 82, 82-90, 91-2000 karts and 2000-2004

Ideas like this are always great, what it needs is someone to own it and make it happen. Pref a track owner who can publicise and set a track day aside and see how many turn up.
