The Kosmic blue is a special, ie non Ral, Akzo Nobel produce a powder which is very close, but if you need wet paint i'm sure PC will have aerosols to match, if not try your local motor factor. If anyone needs a bit of touch up for the Exprit, Revlon 262 Plum Attraction nail varnish is pretty close !
