If the club SR's are broken and the conduct of someone merits a ban under those SR's, which have been seen, approved and agreed by the MSA, then regardless of what the MSA does to punish the rule breaker, surely the Club has the right to enforce their SR's.

I think a lot of people do not realise that the permit is in force for a full 24 hours

I believe the MSA are too damn soft beacause they are not in the front line.

No one, official or otherwise, should suffer any abuse at a race meeting.
