If sanctions are issued then the drivers are given a copy and a copy should be displayed in race control- usually until the end of the meeting but as this happened right at the end of the meeting and the judicail process went on well after presentations then I don't know if the result would have been publicly displayed . You need to know your blue book to understand which offences they have committed though as they tend to use the paragraph numbers from the book to cite the offence when you look at the public copy on display.
