i am in a very similar situation, spend money on the engine having the 09 barrel first then perhaps a later chassis. Spoke to a few people and they all seem to say the 09 barrel does make a difference. I do have the oppurtunity to run an engine with the 09 barrel say may try that first. At what point does a few tenths of a second make on a track when there laping around 45 secs. Assume it cant always be the equipment and must be down to the driver. When there laping so close it must be down to who can see a move and make it stick.
