Thrust washer first then the O ring then the bearing. Note if you happen to be using an 11T sprocket with a bush instead of the bearing theroretically you do not need the O ring as fitting it will almost lock the clutch. To combat this Rotax have recently modified the 11T by machining a recess on the inner face to allow you to use the O ring in S1 and hopefully stop chain lube passing the bush and into the clutch resulting in exclusion.
