It could make 4kgs difference, although I would expect it to affect both front and rear readings. The fact that your rear readings were the same without the driver suggests that your weight distribution with the driver is probably out, as the driver is supposed to compensate for the weight of the engine. Perhaps you need to recheck all this again. BUT, remember, it is far more important that the wheel heights are the same than the corner weights read the same.
