As someone who has both and as much as I love the ease and the different driving challenge of the ProKarts I have to say the smell and the noise of two strokes is something you cant replace.

The advantage of the Max is one of reliability but with the club 100 if it blows up they bolt a new one on so I think That would be the one I go for.....
