Hi, I was racing at the weekend for the 1st time in a number of years in Snr Rotax and kept experiencing a problem with my break disk. It was basically jammed against the left pad every time I came in. This did not help my low down power or for that matter performance overall. Power valve was also completely stuck!

Anybody any ideas how I can prevent this from happening again as carrier had been fully tightened each time, 3rd bearing is also out (cable tied). Kart is an intrepid storm and have only used it twice!

Any advice welcome, thanks!
