Philip,
Do you use software like Jet Tech to give you a base line or did you have any other software that gave you guidance as to the direction you are taking?

or is it the experience route.

I'm interested because in this thread no one seems to be using any software. Is it because they don't work. Personally I am a data driven type of person that would be happy to work with software provided it worked or I could interpret the answers to give me what I am after.
