OTK chassis are pretty easy to set up.
you should have standard axle,
139.5 rear width.
Rear bumper loose (if kart loose coming out of corner try tightening it although this can sometimes bog kart)

Front end - Most run one big spacer, no castor, middle ride height. Standard torsion bar (flat)

you could try - small spacer on front, low ride
height, no caster. Might give abit of grip to rear end. (same back end as previous)

Not sure what seat you said you were running but should either be the standard OTK one or the Tillet T11t. Strawberry should give you positional dimensions.
