Put tyres on rims then squash the side walls down all the way round inner and outer edges,then spray with mr sheen it will foam up then if you have a decent compressor the foam will form a slight seal that should just give a enough seal just to get it started. Try not to push the rim through the tyre when you have the air line connected,if still no go get a second person to hammer both sides of the tyre with there fists again this will normally just get the tyre to bite on the rim,but you must have a good compressor that will give a good initial blast of air. There a bit easier in the summer when there a bit softer.
