That's a problem from the dawn of wide tyres in karting. You think the Mojos are hard to do.... you should have tried 'Blue Streaks' from the 1970s...... (oh god, I AM old!)

The old trick was to wrap rope around the 'tread'. Tightening this can (used to) spread the side walls until they touched the 'bead', then inflate the tyre and loosen the rope.... MIND YOUR FINGERS!.

If you are using a foot-pump.... you haven't got much hope. Go to a compressor!
