it would definately drive up costs, like he said the medics, marshals, scruts etc all cost money, if you need them over 2 days then you are doubling that outlay to start with. personally i like the weekend format because it gives you time to socialise and meet friends you havent had chance to see in a month or so, the practice day is chilled out and you can relax on saturday night, try to compress it into 1 day and its more frantic, if you have problems in practice you wont have time to sort them out.....2 day meetings are definately the way to go..just reduce the amount of classes racing or combine grids....its not rocket science!!!
