continuing from another thread, what makes a cadet fast.
for those who havent seen the thread the arguement is

i think speed ultimately comes from the nut behind the wheel. coupled with a well set carb on a decent motor.

the flip side is

just put an expensive motor on worth thousands and you ll find your missing "seconds."

of course there are other factors, set up, tyre pressures, weight distribution etc
