The WORST part of all this bull**** is that it doesn't apply to 99.99% of club drivers who turn up and just want a relaxing fun day racing like minded associates and have a beer afterwards.

A tiny percentage MAY cheat but the greatest percentage get this crap thrust upon them so that you just might be able to stop them cheating, my friend, YOU CAN'T! YOU WON'T!

Now, the first paragraph means that 99.99% of karters DON'T cheat.

It says doesn't apply, not don't care.
