Best value kart tyres are the ones that many racers will give you for free after using them for a race day or two and a practice day - You simply will not notice a difference from new unless you are looking for tenths.
Bridgestone (from KF's) will give you good lap times, but any tyre from a (full size chassis) class currently raced will be fine and last till the dimples disappear.
Spend your money on more track time.
Maybe you will eventually decide you want to race, spend loads, and one day hopefully pass on your used tyres to someone else for free!
