Don't worry, just slip it back in.

Although it is glued in at manufacture, it always comes loose and indeed, that is a good thing.

In scrutineering you may be required to remove the venturi and if the tube is stuck, you may end up getting dq'd because you can't get it out to remove the venturi.

There is a gasket under the venturi that can be replaced.

The venturi is removed by taking out the THROTTLE STOP SCREW! and the two screws in the base.

Then with a pin punch, alternating in each sacrew hole, or a pair of long screws, you acn gently tap the venturi out.

Dont use a brass pin punch as it will bend.

Some are VERY tight and a bit of ingenuity is required to get it past the throat.

When you put the venturi back you need to alight it for the smoothest possible edge, inlet and exit.

It's rare for a perfect fit by the way.

So to answer your question NO!
