Hi all, recently we've purchased a re-built 100cc Vortex
water cooled engine.... The ratio of oil to fuel is 1:17,
we were told and read this is correct can anybody confirm
this?
We have had the engine running fine on the stand but when
we came to run it in properly we found that the engine was
running very smokey... This is only for a hobby so we are
not 100% sure if we have the carb set up right...
There is also loads of oil blowing through and out of
the exhaust.
It couldn't pull the skin off a rice pudding at present so
any clues would be great, cheers..
