Hey guys! Sorry to be a pain

I have recently bought a laser alignment tool branded alto. It comes with a stainless steal alignment thing for the wheel... obvoiosally this is important.. How does this work and where does it go? Cant work it out!!

Any help would be appreciated cause i just you a leveler... Is this the best way?
