Yup....... it DOES 'only' say the Barrel...... as I said, it didn't mention the GASKETS nor the HEAD, either...... but you didn't notoice THAT.... it seems.

As you are SUCH an 'expert' on engines.... by your OWN claim..... I would have thought that you WOULD have known that we had to change the piston, gaskets and head at the same time. You know, come to look at this subject..... it makes me qonder QUITE how much you *D*O* know about engines if you hadn't managed to work this out for yourself........

Still...... it's probably best if I don't mention the change in the 'timing' that's required as well..... but I didn't mention THAT, previously, either....

It's strange that the ONLY thing you thought to query was the positioning of the rings...... when even a NUMPTY would know that other things need to be changed as well........

May I suggest that the NEXT time you put a: 'DUH!' in your reply that you THINK about the matter just a FRACTION before you post..... and get SLIGHTLY less sensitive if the recipient takes just a MINOR degree of 'umbrage' at your the comments......?
