I notice that a spare loom I inherited with my secondhand engine is different to that shown in the 2006 handbook – it’s missing the wire(s) with the screw on electrical connectors that branch off with the starter motor plug. Instead there is an fourth wire coming from the end with the coil/pickup plugs and coil mount screw on connector wire. Any advice on where this should connect to? I tried the starter motor mount but the hole in the connector is less than 6mm. Thanks
