I understood that John Hoyle had offered you a new chassis and that yours had been sent back to Italy for the factory to inspect. Surely you can not expect to buy a kart then take it back a couple of months later saying you do not want it without giving the manufacturer a chance to rectify the problem?
Perhaps the factory may be able to sort the problem once and for all....
Your Son certainly went well on the Storm fastest laps and all..
