Last time out i recorded 14k on the alfano. Am i running it too high in the revs? Looked up the max performance and noticed it peaks at 12500. I really dont want to over stress the engine and blow it.

Should i just gear down so i only reach the max of 12500 at the fastest point of the track? I need more reliablity that all out power.
