C3, C4 and so on is nothing to do with what the cage is made out of, it's the bearings internal clearance. Bigger the C number, the more the clearance for the balls.

6204 and 6205 aren't interchangeable with one another, different dimensions. Phil must be on a DD or clutched engine, for which Tal-ko spec a C4 clearance. I'm guessing it's a mistake to go tighter than C4, but who knows.
