You have given a good reason why KARTERS are so quick when they move into cars. Most karters learn to master braking, it is an art in its own right. Ian stated go to kimbolton and watch the first few go past you soon spot the fast from the slow I agree go & listen you will learn alot.

I can 100% say I lock my tyres under braking..if you dont then your obviously new to karting or not very good.. I had a friend who had a rear facing cam on his kart and tyre smoke came off everytime he braked just a puff but you could see it.
