Fuel Starvation?

Hi-running formula blue kart at the moment, mainly at Hooton. The kart keeps stuttering, sometimes worse than others but always at the same point on the track, must be losing me a good 1-2 secs per lap when it happens. It happens coming out of the 5th bend, the last bend before the chicane. Always in the same spot. Is this fuel starvation?

Happens to be the only 2 left hand bends on this track (4th and 5th), but fuel line is on the right hand side of the tank and fuel was well above the fuel line. Have checked in-line filter and carb gauze, clean as a whistle.

Any ideas?
