We run in senior and on cooler days run 158, and as it gets warmer go to 155. generally the pin setting is between 1 and 3 on both jets. The leaner you go the better the engine comes out the corners. The air jet needs to be set correctly as well as this also affects the mixture as well. from all the way in go out 2 and 3/4 turns.
Im not sure what juniors run, but my nephew is in mini max and he runs between 142 - 150. i imagine juniors would run somewhere around 150 - 158!?
