As John says, fit a W60 exhaust, will go much better. When your times are around 27.5 seconds with W60 exhaust, 28.5 seconds without exhaust at blackbushe consider uprading to W60 kit.

I suspect lap times for an S60 engine with a reasonably good driver would be around 27 seconds at Blackbushe.

Until your driver can go the whole track at full throttle, except for braking a little at the chicane, you don't need to change anything.
