What you are trying to judge when looking at temp/pressure/humidity is the density of the air. Humidity has little effect on density so can be ignored. Logically air density increases with pressure, but decreases with an increase in temperature.

Pressure should be relatively stable unless bad weather is on the way. So temperature is your key parameter. If the pressure does change, 4 mbar is the equivalent a change of approx 1 DegC.

If you can monitor pressure and temperature during the day will give you an indication of which way your jetting should be going.

Keeping a note from weekend to weekend will help with initial settings, but ultimately learning how the engine performs when rich and lean, as well reading the plug and the crown of the piston are the most reliable.
