Hello

How often would you change your chain and sprockets?

I guess you can see the wear on the sprocket but how can you see if the chain is over worn? I have old chains and newer but they still bend the same amount?

Is there a noticable power loss by using a worn / part worn chain?

Are good quality sprockets worth the extra cost, I guess they last longer than the cheaper ones but are they better for lower loss etc?
