Hi what oil are you using synthetic or castor??
are you using the correct carb, you should have a Tillotson 334a 'modified' with a 24mm venturi
set to 1.25 low jet high jet 1.25-1/2
If it keeps coking up I'd guess you are running it on castor? try switching to synthetic eg Rock Oil Synthesis Max @ 250ml to 5L fuel
