Pull don't push, in case you slip and whack the radiator!

The thread lock will hold it.

Don't use an impact wrench, it's not a DAF truck but a delicate race engine.

Torque used to be 60Nm but they dropped it to 30Nm.

When you remove it next time, clean off the threadlock from the bottom of the thread to prevent it binding when you refit it.

If you put on too much and the washer is stuck, just tap it with a spanner and it will pop loose.
