Simon....

They didn't say you may have done it up too tightly or not tight enough. They asked if you had set it to the CORRECT torque setting! Your message seems to imply you have just guessed at the tightness; that's not a good idea on a Rotax!

Rotaxes can be sensitive beasts.... use a Torque wrench for the CORRECT settings!
