It could be that your exhaust baffle has broken and turned sideways in the exhaust.

Get a piece of 15mm copper pipe and poke it up the exhaust outlet and see how far it goes in.

Mark the pipe and then withdraw it and compare the mark with the exhaust.

It should have gone into the bend in the exhaust, if it didn't then that is your problem.

I had an exhaust that suddenly failed on someone I was running after 100 yards.

I found I couldn't blow through it at all and when I got it hope i couldn't blow through from either end and in fact it held pressure at over 100psi!

Nothing I poked down it would shift it so I had to get the whole thing red hot. It smoked and then whatever it was cleared and everthing was back to normal.
So who knows?

Also make sure the pulse pump is delivering fuel adequetly.

The reed block is easy to check, just unbolt it and look at the petals.
