ok so the plug seemed correct for the temperature.

I also had a clutch issue which I have traced back to a snapped pin off the starter gear. Can you replace the pins or is it a whole gear?

also as this clutch was not disengaging correctly, would this have an effect on the temperature?

Where should Is tart when trying to find the problem of the engine?
