as i said to calculate engine power you need loads of data.

frontal area and drag coeficent (Cd)
Accel G force (acc)
wheel size including how the tire grows
exact gear ratios again altering with speed
Lambda
engine RPM
etc.

The idea lambda is 0.85 ish lambda. With a carb you cant tune to the nearest 1 percent like you can with a motec or autronic ecu with efi. I would use the lambda as a guide and aim for close to 0.85 L and use the egt curve to establish the correct jeting etc.
I have tuned many race cars and also my own rotax motor. and i would say use simple testing to get the best jet.
ie if you want more top end lean it out. if you want more bottom end richen it up. IF it dont come off the bends at part throttle adjust the clip or needle.
