Stuart, my hope it shouldn't be difficult to work out. But there will be someone who has been there and done it all before and will probably say that I am wrong.
But all is needed is to workout lambda value which works the best for the engine and then stick to it in the future.
EGT sensor will help, as it also indicates the correct AFR if you running within the temperature band , I think it is 1200 - 1300F.
