i think your just poxed mate, i saw a junior at wombwell snap a track rod after his dad had straightened it( same result as you could have had ) he was coming back down the straight into the flat out sweeper the wheel was ripped out of his hands the front dived and he was thrown out of kart into the wall his kart snapped in 2 and the motor was at the side of his tank he got away with a broken arm if i remember correct you had a good day mate cheap easy fix let me know when your heading north again to race and ill put an entry in and well done for the heats thatll give you some confidence back
