Hi - we could try to help if you could be a bit more specific about what you are trying to achieve. This is a too simplistic request for info - every track will have a different set up for sprockets size , ride height,rear width etc and then this may vary according to weather conditions as well. It will also vary according to your chassis and possibly on your engine restrictor if you are using one and your chassis type - can you see what I mean ? There are too many variables . Even GYG and Hooton would have different set ups as they are very different types of circuit .
Are you hoping you would be able to set up your kart for one circuit and hope that it wouldn't need adjustment for any other ? Unfortunately One size won't fit all circuits and testing a circuits is important and then keep a record of what set up works for you , your driving and your kart at each circuit
Sorry if I have misunderstood what you wanted to know
