Fuel not getting to carb maybe!

Take fuel pipe off carb then blow through overflow/breather pipe. This will bring fuel upto carb & get rid of air pockets, then refix fuel pipe to carb.

Try choking when tying to start engine i.e. holding hand over air box hole with throttle half open while fulling starter cord, this will pull fuel into carb. Try not to choke too much or you might flood engine, if engine tries to start remove hand over air box, it should start next pull. Best done with two people, one pulling cord other choking & holding throttle pedal.
