If we're talking Roatax Max, then the fins don't leak but the 'vertical' tubes do.

The rad is aluminium and the tubes are very thin but they can be welded on very low amperage.

Some people successfully use Araldite too.

The crack is usually next to a mounting point and it is caused by vibration usually.

I believe Paul Klaassen can repair then too.
