The column is 19mm.

The bes way to angle your original boss is to loosen your top steering wheel bolt off and place a nut/washers between the steering wheel and boss, and replace the top bolt where the washers are placed with a longer bolt.

you will not get a angled boss for the kart anywhere else apart from swiss hutless.

cheaper option with the same results
