Are you greasing the cylinder Chris?

You need, in an ideal world; red rubber grease. Not easy to get but best obtained through a car parts centre.

Clean the cylinder carefully and then apply the grease to all components. Also clean the piston before applying the grease.

You should find this solves your problem.

I have used copper grease in the past when stuck at the circuit with no rubber grease. It worked just as well...
