Just a word of warning really to urge people not to run these tyres without bead retainers. I managed to pull one off the rim yesterday running at 11 psi on the bumps of Whilton.

I realise that running at 178kg is probably quite a load test, but pressures will come down later in the season.

It changes your perspective of life (at my age!) to see the bark wall at the bottom of the Boot flashing past your visor upside down. Yes, it was quite a shunt!
