Rob, the details you want are all in your Blue Book.

Appendix 1 on page 379 shows the upgrade cost at Ł27.00 plus the difference in cost betwwen the existing licence and the new licence. Address is on page 1 - Motor Sports House, Riverside Park, Colnbrook, SL3 0HG

Otherwise just call the number that Joe gave you.
