Hi Ben

I suggest you call Dartford, Paul Carr or what ever shop you use for parts and ask their advice and also see if they have a figure for how tight the hoses should be.

I dont think their are any seals or olives in their.

It may be that the mating surfaces are damaged or you just haven't tightened them up enough. They are usually very tight.

I would undo the hoses again and make sure that the mating surfaces are not damaged and clean. then phone someone.
