Smiddy.... if someone told you it's 110cc, they are..... confused to put it mildly! That would be an engine with a VERY non-standard barrel or crank!

The Head has to be different for the 100 and 115cc motors for a number of reasons, not least becausee the barrel and piston (diameters) are now LARGER than previously and the piston will hit the parts of the head which have not been machined-away. The head on all motors has to be designed to fit the barrel/piston or it doesn't work to it's optimum.
