This is the e-mail i got back from DK regarding Extreming:

"The price to extreme your engine would be Ł172.07 + vat which consists of small end roller set, base gasket, extreme piston and labour. I would suggest if you haven't recently had the engine rebuilt to do the bottom end as well this would cost Ł374.14 + vat total including to extreme it. Running in we would not recommend to do this on the dyno as the engine needs load on it whilst doing running it in and we can not do that on the dyno.
